OVERTIME

KEEP SEPARATING.

Continue the work.

OVERTIME

Welcome back.

You thought the camp was over.

It’s not.

Most players stop when practice ends.

The players who separate themselves choose Overtime.

BEFORE SEPARATION

Before camp started, you were asked why you were here and what you hoped would be different by the end of the week.

Now it’s time to remember where you started.

Prompt:

Think back to your first Prime Check-In.

What did you want from this camp?

What were you hoping to improve?

What did you want to prove to yourself?

AFTER SEPARATION

Four days later, you are not the same player who walked in on Day 1.

You created space.

You created advantages.

You created pressure.

You created results.

Now answer honestly.

Ask yourself these questions while you reflect on the week.

  1. Looking back, what did I learn that stuck with me the most?

  2. What separates me now?

  3. What is one thing I understand about my game today that I didn’t understand before camp?

YOUR SEPARATION REPORT

Your coaches are reviewing your journey.

Your responses from week will be used to create your personalized Separation Report.

This report will highlight:

  • Where you started

  • What you learned

  • How your mindset changed

  • Your next steps

Your report will be email a couple days after camp.

Stay tuned!

THE NEXT 30 DAYS

Separation doesn’t end today.

It starts now.

Choose one commitment you will make for the next 30 days.

Select your goals

(select at least 2 that you can commit to for 30 days)

  1. 15 minutes of ball handling every day

  2. 100 makes per day

  3. Watch one basketball clip each week

  4. Keep a basketball journal and track your makes for 30 days

  5. Play 1-on-1 to practice my separation twice a week.

COACHES MESSAGE

The best players we’ve coached all have one thing in common.

They never believe they’re finished.

The players who continue improving aren’t always the most talented.

They’re the ones who keep showing up after everyone else goes home.

I hope this week reminded you that separation isn’t created in games.

It’s created in preparation.

It’s created physically and mentally.

Thank you for trusting us with your development this week.

Now keep going.

– Coach Josiah & Coach Marco
