Booking & Cancellations
24+ Hours in Advance
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your rental will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Under 24 Hours
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your rental are non-refundable.
No-Shows
Failure to show up for a confirmed rental will result in forfeiture of the rental fee.
Rescheduling
All rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made in advance.

Common Questions
What's included with my rental?
Your rental includes exclusive use of your reserved court space, basketballs, and training equipment such as cones and pads.
Can I add a shooting machine to my rental?
Yes — shooting machines can be added to any rental for an additional $40/hr. This is by request only and subject to machine availability. Contact us when submitting your booking request to arrange.
Can I bring my own equipment?
Yes, you're welcome to bring your own equipment as long as it is gym-friendly. Any equipment that damages the court, facility equipment, or environment will not be permitted.
What is needed to confirm a court rental?
Rental requests are not confirmed until we receive payment and a completed insurance waiver. We will follow up within 2 business days of your request to complete the process.
Can I book a recurring weekly time slot?
Yes. If you're interested in a recurring weekly rental, please mention it in the notes field of your booking request and we'll do our best to accommodate a consistent time slot.
Is the facility supervised during rentals?
Yes. A TPF staff member is present at the facility during all rental periods.
What is your inclement weather policy?
We traditionally follow the inclement weather guidance from the Tigard-Tualatin School District. If the district closes or delays, we will notify renters and work to reschedule affected bookings at no penalty.
