Bookee FAQ’s

In an effort to streamline our service platforms and provide a better user experience for our families, The Practice Facility is switching to a new booking platform on JUNE 1, 2023.

As of June 1, we will no longer be using GloFox as our customer booking platform.

We will begin using our new booking software, Bookee, allowing you to book programs and services directly from our website.

We also have a new App to allow for easy booking on your mobile device. Click the link below to download the app.

We created this page as a resource to answer frequently asked questions regarding the switch, and provide some resources to facilitate a smooth transition.

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR YOU?

  • On June 1, all of your existing profile information in Glofox will be automatically transferred to our new Bookee system.

  • Any contract dates and existing membership/pack agreements will stay in effect.

  • You can expect the same payment dates and membership/pack terms on our new system.

  • Any past and future bookings will automatically transfer to our new system.

  • You will not have to re-book any programs or classes that you were previously booked for.

WHAT WILL I NEED TO DO?

  • STEP 1: Download the new The Practice Facility App here (Apple) (Google).

  • STEP 2: Login using the same email address from your previous GloFox account.

  • STEP 3: Set a new password (select "‘Forgot Password’ and follow the prompts)

  • STEP 4: Verify correct billing information to enable recurring membership payments.

  • *This step must be done to access membership benefits in the new system

  • STEP 5: You may need to Link your child’s/children’s account to your profile to complete the merge.
