Our B.A.S.E. program is focused on helping athletes be quicker, stronger, and more explosive. Our training programs are age specific, with the long-term benefits of the athlete in mind. Our focus on Functional Training ensures each athlete is developing the athletic foundation first and foremost. Once the foundation is solid, our development programs will allow players to maximize their athletic potential, and elevate their in-game performance.

6-WEEK SPEED & EXPLOSION PROGRAM

Unlock your athletic potential with our 6-Week Speed & Explosion Program!

Designed specifically for serious athletes, this program focuses on building explosive power, improving mechanics, and enhancing first-step quickness — key components for dominating your sport. Summer is a great time to sharpen your performance, and our proven training methods will help you move faster, react quicker, and compete stronger.

We will be offering two sessions.

One for Middle School Athletes and one for High School Athletes.
